Blockage Gone!
Taking the advice of my paternal grandmother (msrip) I drank a lot of water last night, did some deep knee bends this morning, and voila! like magic. I am a happier man.
Thanks to the wisdom of my ancestors.
Other news: planning a nice, quiet weekend, with no plans.
