it's starting, and it ain't gonna get better. when you are hungry, you don't care much about a state trooper. Of course they are looting.

Louisianna has an open carry policy with firearms, no license required. With all the asshead looters running around thinking this entitles them to free gear, I wonder how many shot-dead looters will be plucked from the water after it recedes?
