ya always read in the news about some guy in Los Angeles freaking out with a gun, then being swarmed by officers, and taken out.
Well, in Texas, they teach boys how to shoot. Sadly, 4 officers down, and the suspect is still in his apartment.
California - bad aim, good for news report
Texas - good aim, bad for news report, bad for officers.
And Texas cops are a heck of a lot more competent than California cops, from my experience.
