It's official. San Jose has the worst roads!
Yep, bad maintenance.
maybe we buy a few less BRAND NEW VEHICLES for every possible official, and use the money to fix the roads.
I know, a silly thought, cause really, the secretary to the clerk to the guy that checks tax stamps? Also needs a new official San Jose car too. last years is, well, old already.
