David made a great comment, and is correct, I have often heard, the BEST way to lose weight, and be healthy, is a proper diet, proper also meaning, not as much. smaller portions = longer life. I am V familiar with the book. the issue is my brain

Hello Charles,
You need to reread Chapter 9 "Appetite Control Without Willpower". If you want to control your impulsive eating you will have to take corrective action yourself; nobody else can do it for you.
