Safeguard brand antibacterial soap - easy to get - amazon delivers - shower with that every other day - it will kill any bacteria on your skin, without making you dry and ashy
Listerine - the brown kind - deep gargle with it as long as you can stand, 2x/day - And it will clear anything out of your throat
Do NOT swish your mouth first, swish last Becaus it will burn like hell and you won’t be able to gargle as long
